Aston Creative ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Wild Odds mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

We do not collect any personal information. Wild Odds does not require account creation, login, or registration. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

Locally stored data: The App stores your game progress (nursery state, species discovered, achievements, and statistics) locally on your device using your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service:

Google AdMob: We display rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob. When you choose to watch an ad, Google may collect certain information including your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and general usage data in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us.

Children's Privacy

Wild Odds is an educational app suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not collect any personal data from any user, no special provisions for children's data are required. The third-party advertising shown through AdMob complies with Google's policies regarding ad content.

Data Storage & Security

All game data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store user data. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, your game progress will be permanently deleted.

Your Choices

• Advertising: You can choose not to watch rewarded ads. Ads are only shown when you voluntarily tap the 24-hour skip button.
• Ad personalisation: You can opt out of personalised advertising through your device's settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads on most Android devices).
• Data deletion: You can delete all app data at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings, or by using the reset option within the App.
