Aston Creative ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Word Spheres mobile application (the "App"), a collection of crossword and word search puzzles solved on rotating 3D spheres. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.
We do not collect any personal information. Word Spheres does not require account creation, login, or registration. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
Locally stored data: The App stores your puzzle progress and preferences locally on your device. This includes the letters you have entered in each crossword, the words you have found in each word search, which puzzles you have completed, your remaining hints, your clue-style preference (quick or cryptic), your haptics and sound settings, and whether you have purchased the upgrade described below. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.
The App uses the following third-party services:
Google AdMob: We display interstitial advertisements and optional rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob. Google may collect certain information including your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and general usage data in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. If you purchase the "Remove Adverts & Unlimited Hints" upgrade, the App no longer requests or displays advertisements.

Google Play Billing: The App offers a single one-time in-app purchase, "Remove Adverts & Unlimited Hints", processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. Google Play may retain a record of the purchase against your Google account so that it can be restored on other devices. The App stores only whether the purchase has been made, and confirms this with Google Play when it starts.

Word Spheres is a word puzzle app intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not collect any personal data from any user, no special provisions for children's data are required. The third-party advertising shown through AdMob complies with Google's policies regarding ad content.
All app data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store user data. The App does not require an internet connection to play; a connection is used only to load advertisements and to confirm purchases with Google Play. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, your puzzle progress and preferences will be permanently deleted. Your purchase is held by Google Play and can be restored from within the App's settings after reinstalling.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
